Our general labor rate is 39.00 per man-hour. Mulch is 26.50 per cubic yard, or 55.00 delivered and spread. Decorative stone is also available. Flowering annuals are 13.50 per flat, 27.00 installed. Other services available include aeration, dethatching, hedge trimming, sod, and landscape design and installation.
For the convenience of our customers, Abbondanzos offers convenient net 30 billing at no charge. If a bill is not paid by the end of the billing period, however, a $10 late charge will be applied.
Fertilization: We recommend a minimum of a five step program, applied from early spring through fall. An optional lime application is also suggested to correct the soil ph and enable other applications to do their job better. For grubs, there are 2 options; A preventative application can be applied in late June, or we can treat if and when grubs occur. Organic products are also available at an additional cost. We do not cut on specific day of the week, however if you have a special event coming up and let us know well in advance, we will make every effort to accommodate.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for items left in the grass. While we do try to make a reasonable effort to move hoses, toys etc that are left out, items are not always visible in tall grass. The lawn should be clear of obstructions before we arrive.
Please be sure to write invoice numbers on all checks for payment. Many customers have the same invoice amount from month to month. If more than one invoice is outstanding, it makes the determination of which invoice you mean to pay more difficult.
